ABOUT US
The association is an international organization, located in Copenhagen and Aarhus, Denmark.
Our association is characterized by a public educational and intercultural approach through bridge building between Denmark and Azerbaijan. The association was founded on January 1, 2024, in Copenhagen and Baku.
The Denmark Azerbaijan Association of Youth Communication was established from the perspective that there should be space for everyone. The association is a place that embraces diversity. Here, collaboration is the top priority between Azerbaijanis and Danes, across both Danish and Azerbaijani societies.
The purpose of the association is to foster social interaction and new intercultural connections between cultures through social and cultural events, international debates, concerts, and more.
Through engaged cooperation, the Denmark Azerbaijan Association of Youth Communication aims to create interest in intercultural knowledge and culture between Denmark and Azerbaijan. Additionally, as an association, we seek to promote both social and cultural collaboration between Denmark and Azerbaijan.
We expect that this bridge building process will take place via platforms characterized by cultural, social, and educational activities, ultimately leading to improved cultural and traditional understanding between our nations and thus contributing to even closer cooperation between Denmark and Azerbaijan.
The primary objectives of the association are as follows:

To contribute to expanding Danes knowledge of Azerbaijani culture, traditions, and foreign policy, thereby strengthening the bridge-building between the two countries.

To assist all newly arrived Azerbaijanis in Denmark (regardless of their reason for visiting) to go through the integration process as quickly as possible, thus ensuring a smooth and comfortable transition to the new societal norms and values in Denmark. This applies equally to Danes visiting Azerbaijan. Therefore, bridge-building is our top priority, helping both Danes and Azerbaijanis, regardless of whether they are in Azerbaijan or Denmark.

To unite all Azerbaijanis residing in Denmark, thereby contributing collectively to the Azerbaijani diaspora in Denmark through both internal and external social, cultural, and traditional events.
